Catalog and orders

We work to keep product and pricing information accurate. An order may be limited, refused, or cancelled for inventory, payment, address, fraud, error, legal, or policy reasons.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping follows the Shipping Policy. Eligible defective and non-defective returns and exchanges follow the Refund Policy, including its 30 calendar day request window and approved-refund processing within 10 days.
