Order handling

We normally prepare an order within 1–2 business days before carrier collection.

Estimated transit

Delivery after dispatch generally takes 4–6 business days. Weather, holidays, carrier disruption, remote locations, or incorrect address details can cause additional time.

Rates and tracking

Available shipping services and their charges are shown at checkout. If tracking is issued, it is sent to the contact information used for the order.
