Returns and exchanges we accept

We accept returns for defective and non-defective products, and we accept exchanges. A request must concern a new product and be submitted within 30 calendar days after delivery. A non-defective item returned because of a change of mind, preference, or incorrect selection must be new, unused, and in its original condition.

How to request a postal return

Email mulhookhan@gmail.com before mailing the item. Include the order number, checkout email, reason for the request, and photos or video when relevant. After approval, use the free prepaid return label included in the package. Returns are made by mail, and no restocking fee is charged.

Refund timing

After approval, we process and initiate the refund to the original payment method within 10 days. A bank, card issuer, or other payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.

Legal rights

These terms do not exclude or reduce statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
